This is a Circuitron 8040 HO Scale Fiber Optics .04 Diameter 15'. PMMA plastic fibers with a special fluoro-polymer coating. Light entering the end is transmitted along the length by internal reflection and exits the far end with very little loss in intensity. Use for signals, signs or special effects.
