This is a Digitrax TL1 Single DCC Function Decoder W/ Transponder. Transponding devices for rolling stock with light output. Gives equipment an electric identification to activate occupancy detectors or other applications
Put more fun in your DCC operations with these tiny, function-only decoders. Use them to control lighting effects aboard your locomotives and other rolling stock. Approximate size is 0.461 x 0.31 x 0.161. Function decoders support two- and four-digit addressing and feature on/off functions or configurable strobe operation to simulate special lighting effects. TL1 supports F0 forward and reverse, its great for adding a FRED at the end of the train. TF2 supports F0-F10 and TF4 supports F0-F12, expanding the functions available for making loco lighting more realistic. Programmable from DCC compatible programmers which can handle Digitrax transponding.
