This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item shows scratches, scrapes, and nicks in the display case and base. The name plate is scratched and chipped. The bottom of the base has red paint splattered on it. The track section attached to the base shows scratches, nicks, and black flecks on the rails. The ties are discolored and scratched. There are small amounts of surface rust on the rails. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning.
