This O Gauge Menards® Seed & Feed building is our biggest and best building yet! This building is hand painted with all sorts of added details such as the authentic vintage advertising on all four sides. The Menards® Seed & Feed building has (2) LED outside wall lights and (1) blinking red LED elevator room light (requires 4.5-volt AC adaptor - sold separately). Additional details include the O gauge feed truck with working headlights parked out front, (4) moveable figurines and Jack the German Shepard all complete the look of the Menards® Seed & Feed building. This building is limited edition so, supplies are limited.

If you and Trainz decide that the best recourse is to return the item for refund or repair we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Make sure to include your contact and order information when you return your items. Once Trainz receives and inspects the items we will repair your item or issue a refund.
Trainz reserves the right to charge you:
- Return shipping if an item is returned to Trainz.
- 15% re-stocking fee if an item is not returned in its original condition.
- Any carrier charges resulting from a refused shipment.
For International orders only:
- Trainz does not refund shipping charges.
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping.
