This is Rix 5418006 N Scale Contractor's Building Kit. Building shown has 12 scale feet tall office with 20 feet tall warehouse. This kit is designed with cut lines on the back side of the walls so that you can choose the height of the building. Walls are 24 scale feet high with cut lines to produce a 20,16,12, and 10 foot tall building. Side walls and end walls have door and window openings provided. Solid walls have cut lines for door and window openings (optional). Kit includes doors, windows and down spouts. Overhead doors are 10X12. Dimensions: 40 X 60 Scale Feet.
