Here is a Scale Trains SXT31220 HO Custom SRL GE C39-8 Locomotive #3900 w/ DCC & Sound. This locomotive features plastic body construction with a motor, knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles.
This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-2: Fair based on visual appearance. This locomotive did not move in forward or reverse when tested, neither on DC or DCC. Lighting and sounds were functional. The locomotive was custom painted by the previous owner to feature the SRL road name, #3900 road number on the cab, and blue accent stripes. The road number decals have small air bubbles under the surface. The SRL and blue accent stripes on both sides of the engine are rather crudely done, with visible brush strokes and unpainted spots along the bottom edge of the shell. The previous owner also attempted to weather this item, with brown paint covering most of the underside of the train and a few small spots spattered on the rear of the shell. The locomotive displays a few small scratches and paint imperfections across the body and underframe. There is a small panel missing from the roof, just behind the cab. The wheels show average run-time. The original box is included. The instruction manual is included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Restored - Fair.
