This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent. This item shows some light scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis. One pantograph will not lower or stay in place, the other is crooked. Several of the window inserts are ill fitting and move easily, with several partially unglued. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
