This is a USA Trains 31093 G Southern Pacific Daylight Diner Car. Each car features an extrude aluminum car body with opening doors with separate door handles, roof ventilators, interior lighting, rubber diaphragms between units, full underframe detail, full interiors with painted figures, metal wheels and separately applied coupler lift bar, air hoses and grab irons. Vista Dome features upper seating area with painted figures; Observation Car has a lighted drumhead and marker lights. Approximate length: 33.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There is noticeable amounts of rusting on the screws and springs underneath the car. Both diaphragms show signs of cracking and might need to be replaced. There are various trim pieces on the edges and on the bottom of the car that are damaged/broken/damaged. All of the windows are stained to certain degree both externally and internally with some having intense yellowing present. There are chipped sections of paint, nicks, and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The wheels show average run-time. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. There are an noticeable amount of spots and stains that may be difficult or unable to be removed, some of which may have caused damage to the body. The original box is not included.
