This is a Woodland Scenics BR5052 HO Built-&-Ready The Depot Building. The Depot is a classic whistle stop depot suitable for any layout. It features clapboard siding, a weathered cedar shake roof, covered outside passenger waiting area and a modeled interior that includes a ticket clerk figure standing before an open ticket window. Scene-setting details include a lamppost, posted train schedule, luggage carts, benches, semaphore, pigeons sitting on the roof, signage, decals and many more. See photos for footprint.
The Depot also includes one installed warm white interior LED light equipped with a plug compatible with the Just Plug® Lighting System. Length of wire measures 24" from light to connector. 25mA RoHS Compliant.

They are molded with high architectural detail and include realistic weathering, signs, fixtures and accessories. Depending on the style of structures, additional features may include window treatments, printed interiors and/or lighting.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are scuffs and scratches on the sides and top of the building. The power line is broken. The roof over the benches is loose. There is glue residue on the base and walls. The depot sign is faded and there is signs of paint loss. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
